I’d always been in good shape since I was young having been a gymnast and found it pretty easy to lose weight. However after the birth of my kids I found it impossible to shift the weight I had gained during both the pregnancies. I paid to use a personal trainer, but the costs of training every week started to mount up. I also tried well known diet plans and although I managed to lose some weight, as soon as I stopped the diet plan, I added the weight back and more.

When I was younger and in my prime I never had to worry about my weight. I never looked great but my weight wasn’t an issue.
